12. What if I received a Damaged Shipments?

For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect the packaging for damage. Discount Dresses Online makes every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following steps if there appears to be shipping damage: 1) Promptly contact the office of the shipping company for a Damage Inspection report; 2) Request that the shipping company return the merchandise to the address listed on the package. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE YOURSELF, as this may delay your reorder or credit. E-mail our customer service department and they will explain our return policy.
