13. How Do I Return Something?

We want you to be completely satisfied and happy with all your purchases from Discount Dresses Online.  If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you may exchange it within 48 hours of receipt for a different size or color.  You may exchange any item with original receipt and tags attached in original unworn condition within 2 days of delivery for an exchange for another item same as the original purchase price. Send merchandise exchanges to the address listed below for exchange. To exchange a special occasion dress (dresses over $100), the Exchange Department must be notified of any problems within 24 hours of receipt. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on the exchange. You will need to affix a RAN (Return Authorization Number) to the outside of the package you are sending back.  Please contact the Exchange Department to receive a RAN. Our Exchange Department can be e-mailed 24 hours a day for a return authorization number. Exchanges will not be accepted without a return authorization number and a valid reason for exchange.  We do not offer refunds, no exceptions.  We recommend that you return your merchandise via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost merchandise during exchanges.  Wrap the package securely and send to the following address:
