9. Can I Put an Item on Hold?

Yes. You may hold any item for 24 hours. After you have logged in, simply call us at 1-214-634-3366 to give us the detail of the item you would like for us to hold for you. The selected items will remain there for 24 hours before it is returned to stock. If you would like to purchase the item, simply call us back or fax us the order.   Do not forget to indicate that you have a dress or an item on hold.
